Jazzlicious Tickets / Reservations
Your prepaid Jazzlicious tickets / reservations include live jazz performance by acclaimed Canadian and International jazz artists. Dinner and drink purchases are extra and to be paid on location. A minimum spend of $40 per guest on food and beverages is required for all series.
All tickets can be purchased through www.jazzlicious.ca.
Jazzlicious tickets cost $35 + HST and online service fees & Gratuity per guest.
Jazzlicious does not offer assigned seating. However, your ticket/reservation guarantees seating for your party. Seating requests are honoured on a first booked, first served basis at the restaurants’ discretion.
Your tickets / reservations are reserved under the name and email entered at the time of purchase. There are NO REFUNDS, but you can transfer your ticket to another person via email and provide the name listed for the reservation. The venue may ask for proof of email if there is any discrepancy, so please have the email confirmation available. iPhone users can add to their Apple Wallet and Android users can add theirs to Google Wallet for quick access.
The jazz shows are approximately 75 minutes in length.
A Partial View seat in the restaurant area of the venue offers indirect visibility of the stage, with possible partial obstructions like walls.
Dinner & Drinks
Yes. A minimum spend of $40 (before HST) per guest is required for all series.
Of course! Dinner and drinks are served continuously throughout the night, so you can eat and drink anytime before, during, or after the jazz performance. A minimum spend of $40 per guest is required.
There will be a Fixed Menu of $75 offered at each venue.
A la carte menu options will also be available and those Food and drink prices are set by Jazzlicous restaurant partners.

Get Ready
The reservation will be under the name included at the time of your online booking. The reservation proof will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
You are not required to bring a physical ticket, but please have your email available if needed.
Please show up at the time slot indicated on your reservation for dinner and drink service prior to the live jazz performance.
Live jazz performance starts at approximately 8:00 pm. Dinner and drink service will continue to be available during the jazz performance.
The recommended dress code is “Relaxed Business Casual”: dress the way as if you are going to a jazz club. No formal wear or ties are required.
Every Jazzlicious location has free or paid parking available. Parking spaces are unreserved. YRT/VIVA public transit, taxis and rideshare services are easily accessible from Jazzlicious venues. Please do not drink and drive.
Suite Seats
Make your Jazzlicious night a true getaway. Guests who book a same-night stay at one of our participating Markham hotels during their Jazzlicious event can unlock Suite Seats, which include best available seating closer to the music and a $50 gift card to spend in Markham.
Claiming Suite Seats is easy. Just follow these steps in advance of your show date:
Step 1 – Book your Jazzlicious tickets at jazzlicious.ca
Step 2 – Book a hotel stay for the same night as your Jazzlicious show at one of our participating Markham hotels: https://visitmarkham.ca/where-to-stay/
Step 3 – Email your Jazzlicious ticket confirmation number along with your hotel reservation name and confirmation number to info@visitmarkham.ca
Step 4 – You will receive a confirmation email with full Suite Seats details prior to your event
Step 5 – On the night of your Jazzlicious show, enjoy Suite Seats with best available seating and receive your $50 gift card at the restaurant venue
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Ticket holder must have a confirmed hotel reservation under the same name as the Jazzlicious ticket holder
- Hotel stay must take place on the same date as the Jazzlicious event and fall within Jazzlicious 2026 WinterFest dates
- One $50 gift card is issued per hotel reservation
- Gift card will be provided at the Jazzlicious restaurant venue upon dinner check-in
- Gift card cannot be used toward payment of the Jazzlicious prix fixe menu or minimum spend
